How to choose LED strip, rope & festival lights
Strip lights for interiors
Most interior strips run on 12V or 24V and need a driver. 24V strips are better for long runs because the far end stays as bright as the start. COB (dotless) strips give a smooth line without visible dots.
Rope and serial lights for decoration
Rope lights plug straight into 230V and come in single colours or multicolour with effects. Serial and string lights are the classic choice for festivals; IP65-rated rope lights can be used outdoors.
Colour
Warm white for a cosy home cove; RGB or multicolour for festivals and events; tunable-white strips let you change between warm and cool.
